JOB CONTROL
Jobs & safeguards
Track authorization, subcontractor safeguards, job records, invoicing, and follow-up.
◈
Roofection checks that records exist and compares planned job costs with the sold price against your target gross margin. Financial figures are only as complete as the numbers you enter; they exclude overhead and tax. A recorded review is not a workmanship or code certification, and the contractor remains responsible for the work.

Choose a lead the customer has accepted. Roofection will keep the job safeguards and next steps visible.

Financials & ROI
Record confirmed value and provider costs to see whether Roofection is paying for itself.
ⓘ
Only verified time savings, recovered revenue, and avoided costs count as value. Enter provider costs from your bills: Roofection pauses new AI and SMS use after logged costs reach a limit, but it does not import bills or detect unrecorded charges.

YOUR ROOFING BUSINESS ASSISTANT
What can I help you move forward?
Get a clear next step for a lead, a job, or the work piling up today.
When connected, Roofection sends your question and a short workspace summary to OpenAI. It may include customer names, requested services, and job stages. It excludes contact details, addresses, messages, and roof reports. Roofection cannot make changes or send messages from an AI answer.

Not connected
Roofection creates internal primary-calendar events without customer invitations. Events include visit details and internal notes. Disconnecting stops future sync and leaves existing Google events in place.

RingCentral SMSText delivery is off until RingCentral is connected.
Not connected
Inbound SMS is off.
Approved SMS drafts can send through RingCentral. Roofection lists only numbers assigned to this extension with SMS enabled. Customer STOP requests disable future texts until they send START. A RingCentral subscription expires after seven days and must be re-enabled.
Customer reviews
Set the link customers should use after a completed job.
Review requests are drafted for your approval. Roofection does not post or filter reviews.
Lead intake webhook
Connect a website form or a trusted provider.
Not configured
The secret is shown once when you create it. Rotating replaces the current secret immediately. Send it as a Bearer token over HTTPS; each event needs a unique provider event ID.
◈
Unconnected tools stay off. Inbound requests require the workspace secret. Customer messages still need an owner approval and a verified delivery provider.
